Bringing together those interested in recognizing learning, including career development professionals, RPL practitioners, and adult educators. Together, we'll share, explore, and showcase Nova Scotian initiatives and progress in recognizing prior learning, as well as celebrate the strength and diversity of our RPL community. We'll identify challenges and the work needed to extend the reach, inclusivity, and impact of RPL in this province.

The program will include a mix of keynotes, concurrent sessions, plenary sessions, and conversation-cafe-style sessions, with opportunities to network and connect. With an underlying theme of ‘story,’ we envision an event that provides a space for all voices to be heard and embraces the past, present, and future of RPL in Nova Scotia.

Parking: $24.95 per day plus applicable taxes

The deadline for booking in the group block rate is Sunday, September 15, 2024.  After this date, the room block will be released

Cancellation Policy & Media Disclaimer

Written cancellation notice must be e-mailed no later than September 30, 2024, to obtain a refund. An administration fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the refund after the forum. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after September 30, 2024. Registration is transferable. The program is subject to change without notification. NSCDA will photograph forum events. By registering for the forum, you grant NSCDA permission to record, photograph, use, and distribute (both now and in the future) your image, name, voice, and typed comments in all forms and all media pertaining to this forum.
