Josh will share insights from his extensive experience, demonstrating how these practices can be integrated into daily life and enhance situational awareness to promote a sense of empowerment and well-being.​ This session is ideal for professionals seeking to boost confidence, improve stress management, and perhaps learn a new, useful skill!

Facilitator's Bio:

Josh Presley is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt and one of the most accomplished practitioners on the east coast of Canada. He began practicing BJJ as a teenager to improve his health and fitness, eventually earning medals from the IBJJF World Championships, Pan American Championships, and Abu Dhabi World Pro Trials. Josh has trained with legendary black belts, including Ryan Hall and Cobrinha, and now focuses on teaching and sharing his passion for BJJ through his academy, Presley BJJ, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
