Facilitator's Bio:

Mariam Elmahdy, founder of FitbyMimi, is a passionate fitness professional with a background in architecture and a lifelong love for movement. Starting as a self-taught dancer and high school dance team leader, she turned a personal journey of overcoming sports injuries into a thriving career in fitness. Moving to Canada ignited her drive to inspire others, diving into roles spanning personal training, group fitness, and motivational speaking. Mimi brings her expertise to guide individuals toward achieving their health and fitness goals, one movement at a time.
