Here is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our inner wisdom. This 30-minute mindfulness session will guide participants in checking in with their wishes, goals, and personal intentions, helping to realign with what feels true and meaningful.

This practice will invite a connection to our intuitive, nurturing, and receptive aspects that reside in everyone. Whether you are seeking more flow, trust, or creative expansion in your personal or professional life, this session will provide space to slow down and tune inward.

Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and reflective prompts, participants will explore how mindfulness can enhance emotional intelligence, strengthen intuition, and create a greater sense of self-agency in decision-making and daily interactions.

Facilitator's Bio:

Autumn Grant is a meditation guide, yoga teacher, and Master’s student in Counselling Psychology. As the co-founder of Flo Meditation + Wellness, she is passionate about helping individuals cultivate inner peace and resilience through mindfulness practices. With a background in international development, environmental sustainability, and human resources, Autumn bridges mindfulness with professional growth, making her sessions both grounding and practical.
