Facilitator's Bio:

Tilly has been a policy analyst with the Office of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie since February 2024. Proudly francophone, Tilly is dedicated to improving access to French-language services and supporting the Acadian and francophone community in Nova Scotia.

Josiah has worked at the Office of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie since 2018. Originally from central Ontario, he bumbled his way through learning French in eastern France, northern New Brunswick and quite a few places in Québec. Now more or less fully bilingual, Josiah helps provide government services in French and organizes free French courses for Nova Scotian public servants. He also manages the Vive l'Acadie community fund, which supports cultural events throughout the province thanks to sales of the Acadian-flag licence plate.
