2024 Vision and Goal Setting

Description: Discover the art of mindful reflection and intentional planning during our 2024 Vision and Goal-setting session with Autumn Grant. During this month’s Lunch and Learn, we will guide you toward a harmonious fusion of personal aspirations and professional objectives.

Through moments of introspection and expertly curated practices, we'll navigate the landscape of mindfulness, allowing you to envision the future with a heightened sense of self-awareness. 

Together, we will engage in purposeful conversations, drawing inspiration and accountability from one another and the collective energy of the session. Join us in nurturing the growth of aspirations for the year ahead, where the power of clarity and purpose illuminates the path to a fulfilling and prosperous 2024.

Facilitator's Bio: Autumn is a mother of three, a mindset coach, and meditation guide. She is the co-founder of Flo Meditation and believes mindfulness is the key to a happy, healthy, and meaningful life. She is a graduate and faculty of the Lab of Meditation 200-hour Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, and offers Instructor Certifications in breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. Autumn also has a combined honours degree in International Development Studies and Environment, Sustainability, and Society and further education in Human Resources Management. Autumn is empowered through supporting others to live in flow, and it’s her deep passion for people, the planet, and social justice that inspired her and her partner to open Flo Meditation + Wellness in 2018. Autumn’s heart beats for positively changing her community by create nurturing opportunities for individuals to find inner peace and reconnect.
