Certification Prerequisite

Full Certification

Considering their experience through the RPL model, and measuring it against the NS Career Development Practitioners Core Competency Profile (NS Profile), Career Practitioners in Nova Scotia who have been practicing full time for a minimum of three (3) within the last five (5) years (estimated 1800 hours per year for a total of 5400 hours) can apply for professional certification.

 

Full Certification

Individuals who do not have the required hours can apply for the Career Pathways to Certification program.
