Description

This three-course module offers a detailed look at contemporary career development. It covers modern job search strategies including emerging work trends, online resources, and career search strategies with insight into employers' perspectives. Participants will learn to conduct needs assessments, critique résumés and cover letters for Applicant Tracking Systems, and support clients to develop their personal branding and online presence. The module also reviews both in-person and virtual interview skills, story-based frameworks, and practical strategies for career transitions, including conversations with clients about mental health concerns.
