Learn to better support a growing segment of our labour market -the over 55, seasoned or experienced job seeker.
Course Description
Over the past few years, the NSCDA has continued to focus on its members’ capacity to support older adults aged 55+. The impetus for this is the well-known demographic shift occurring in Nova Scotia (and elsewhere). The increased number of older adults—combined with their tendency to remain part of the labour force longer than ever before—means NSCDA members can expect to work with more of them in the years ahead.
