This hands-on training equips employment professionals, facilitators, and frontline staff with simple and powerful tools to help clients tell better stories about their skills and lived experience. Whether you're working with youth, newcomers, mid-career professionals, or those in a transition period, the goal is the same — to help them showcase who they are and what they bring to the table.

Participants will learn how to support clients in telling stories that highlight transferable skills, recognize prior learning, and frame lived experiences in ways that align with career goals, educational pathways, or entrepreneurial aspirations. These narrative tools help clients articulate their value in interviews, resumes, bios, and beyond — especially when traditional credentials don’t tell the whole story.
Structured into three dynamic phases — learning, application & implementation — the day combines proven storytelling frameworks with group facilitation, live coaching, and role-playing. The result is a practical and engaging experience that leaves practitioners energized and equipped to apply these tools in their day-to-day work.
