Creating Brave Spaces: 2SLGBTQ+ Inclusion in Career Development

Part 1: Let's Talk About It: What 2SLGBTQ+ Really Means

Break down the letters, unpack common myths, and explore how gender and sexual diversity show up in everyday work and life. This session lays the groundwork for more in-depth conversations to follow.

Supporting 2SLGBTQ+ clients can be a unique challenge. In our current shifting political and social landscape, it can be difficult for 2SLGBTQ+ clients to identify places to live, work and thrive, where they can be their authentic selves without fear of repercussions or judgment. Join host B Adair through this 4-part webinar series as they unpack the conversations surrounding 2SLGBTQ+ job seekers: what it means to claim this identity, how legislation and social attitudes are cultivating a climate of fear, and how you can support 2SLGBTQ+ job seekers through their job search and beyond by creating brave spaces in your workplace and your communities.

This is session 1 of a four-part series. Each session has a unique registration link. To sign up for other sessions in this series, locate them in the calendar or use the links below:
