Join us on Wednesday, November 27th for @vscully’s educational session on Ayurvedic Healthy Eating Guidelines. This session invites participants to learn about the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to foster a balanced body and mind. Through practical tips on mindful eating, seasonal food choices, and aligning meals with natural cycles, attendees will learn how to optimize digestion and vitality. Victoria will help participants discover their unique dosha (mind-body type) and offer tailored dietary guidance to support individual needs. Beyond nourishing the body, this session empowers participants to cultivate self-agency by making conscious, informed choices that align with their well-being, helping them take ownership of their health journey with confidence and intention.

Facilitator's Bio:

Victoria Scully is a wellness advocate and the Manager of Halifax's R Studios, dedicated to helping others find balance and connect with their inner "purusha" through a holistic approach to health. She is a Certified Breathwork, Meditation, and Mindfulness Instructor with State Of X Flo Meditation, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer, 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and Pilates Instructor. With a background as an international musical theatre performer, Victoria brings creativity and compassion to her wellness journey, promoting accessible health practices for all. Passionate about community, she actively works to strengthen connections across Nova Scotia while continuing her studies in Ayurveda.
