Structured Interview - CCDP Program

Candidates register for the Structured Interview (SI) after passing the exam. This interview is conducted via video call and administered by two trained CCDP^® peer assessors. It evaluates the practical application of skills outlined in the National Competency Profile for Career Development Professionals through graded discussions on relevant work scenarios. Before participating in the SI, candidates can watch a prerecorded Prep Webinar for valuable insights on articulating responses based on past experiences and addressing future situations.
